    Alix's Music Studio can assist you in the adventure of experiencing and expressing yourself through music, particularly at the piano.

    Before you were born, you heard the mystery of sound.  You experienced noise, voices, and music.  As you developed, your music education began.   You remained alert to your environment from your very first hours of life in the company of those who cared for you, who spoke to you, who were with you as you learned about this world.   You came to recognize faces, voices, and language, both spoken and sounded out in music.

    In the same way that you learned language by imitating what you heard,  you learned music . . . first, by listening, then by imitating.  The more encouragement you were given, the more you progressed!
